Daniel Defense is a firearm manufacturing company that is dominating the firearm industry, supplying arms to the United States Special Operations Command, the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defence, and the public. After experiencing enormous growth, Daniel Defense expanded and moved into a new manufacturing facility designed by PEA in Blachcreek, Georgia, where the company is now based. The headquarters and manufacturing facility consist of 306,000 SF of space including:

•  235,000 SF of conditioned manufacturing space with 5 ton cranes and isolated thickened slabs

• One 25 Meter and one 100 Meter firing range flank to allow a space for quality testing

• 68,500 SF of two story class A office space

• The structure consists of steel frame and load bearing concrete tilt walls

• The building allows for future expansion to be possible through the use of site, shell, and interior features including future office space and removable tilt-panel walls.
